This bag, you see, it’s called Peekaboo ISeeU Small bag. Some folks, they call it the Fendi Daning bag, ’cause it’s made of that tough denim stuff. Ain’t that somethin’? My granddaughter, she’s always on that phone of hers, told me all about it. Said it’s real popular, this Peekaboo bag. She always say that brand name, Fendi, is a real big deal.
They say this here bag, it first showed up a long time ago, back in, I reckon, 2008. My old eyes ain’t what they used to be, but I can see it’s a fancy thing, even if it does look like something you’d hide in. I remember playing peekaboo with my little ones, long time ago. They was small. Time sure does fly, don’t it?
Now, this here Fendi, it’s a big fancy store from Italy. Heard they started a long time ago, in 1925, by a man and a woman. Don’t remember their names. My granddaughter told me. They started with furs and leather, all that fancy stuff. Now, you go to them big stores in the city, you see all kinds of things with that Fendi name on it. Bags, shoes, even them smelly waters they call perfumes. My goodness, they got it all.
This Peekaboo ISeeU Small bag, it’s a special one, they say. It’s small, but it’s got all these little hiding places inside. Like a little secret, just for you. I reckon that’s why they call it Peekaboo, ’cause it’s like it’s playin’ a game with ya. Hide and seek, like them children used to play.
You can find these bags in all sorts of colors, I hear. Black, blue, brown, even green! My goodness, imagine a green purse! Back in my day, we just had plain old brown or black. But the young folks today, they like all them bright colors. It’s that specialty stores who has these bags, I guess.
I saw some on sale other day. My granddaughter showed me on her phone. She is always showing me things on her phone. Sale is good. I like sales. Everyone loves sale price. These new bags are not cheap.

And the size, well, this one here is small. They call it “small.” But they got bigger ones, too. Medium, large, you name it. All depends on what you need to carry, I suppose. Me, I just need a little something for my money and maybe a hanky. But these young girls today, they carry everything but the kitchen sink in their bags!
And another thing I know is that this Fendi brand, has new bags every year. Every season, I guess. They call it “collection”. That Origami bag is new this year. It is special. It can be a big bag. And it can be a small bag. Like magic. They have it in three sizes. It is in specialty stores, too. Young people love it.
If you want one of these Peekaboo ISeeU Small bag, or the Origami, you gotta go to one of them fancy Fendi stores, or maybe those other specialty stores they got in the big cities. Or, I reckon, you can look on that internet thing. My granddaughter, she buys everything online these days. Says it’s easier. I don’t know, seems complicated to me. But then again, I’m just an old lady.
They say these Fendi bags are real special, made with the best stuff. That’s why they cost so much, I reckon. You’re payin’ for that fancy name, too. But if you got the money, and you like nice things, well, I guess there ain’t nothin’ wrong with that. Just remember to keep it safe, ’cause you don’t want to lose somethin’ that cost more than my old cow!
