Okay, so I’ve been eyeing this Patek Philippe Calatrava, the 5227G-010, for a while now. I mean, who hasn’t? It’s a classic, right? But the price tag? Ouch. It’s way out of my league. So, I thought, “Why not try to remake it?” Yeah, I know, it sounds crazy, but I was determined to give it a shot.

I spent hours looking at every picture and video I could find. I was trying to figure out every little detail about this thing.
Then came the hard part: finding the materials. I’m not exactly rolling in dough, so I had to get creative. I found some old watches I don’t use anymore and try to use them. They are not in good condition, I mean, they are not even white gold, but hey, it’s a start, right?
